WLAN groups are available for all UniFi access points (UAPs). WLAN groups are useful to grant each group a set of individual settings that can be applied per-AP and also per-radio (2.4GHz and 5GHz). WLAN groups can be configured in the UniFi Network Controller under Settings > Wireless Networks on the top right section of the page.
6/16/2012 · Hi folks, I’m having a problem getting a Nest indoor Cam to connect to my WiFi and of course, Nest FAQ says to just turn off 5G. I have a full UniFi setup in my house with 3 AP’s (an AC-PRO, an In-Wall, and an AC-In-Wall).
On the front page of the controller, go to 802.11b/g/n Radios and click Detail. Find the AP of your choice and look to the right-hand corner and you’ll see a blue box. Highlight the cursor on it and choose Configure. You can disable the radio here. Also, under the wireless tab->radios->802.11b/g/n there is a setting Admin Status.
